Europcar Mexico has unveiled a newly enhanced Corporate Solutions suite, marking a significant step towards bolstering the business travel infrastructure in the region. This upgraded platform is crafted to refine the logistics for companies and travel agencies by employing cutting-edge technological integrations and ensuring financial transparency. Antonio Luis Llinas, CEO of Europcar Mexico, has steered the company from merely being a vehicle supplier to becoming a pivotal mobility partner. “Our goal is to eradicate the operational hurdles that corporations encounter today,” Llinas Oñate emphasized. “We offer more than just vehicle keys; we provide a data framework that facilitates time and resource savings for companies.”
Focusing on innovation in B2B management and travel agency support, the new corporate suite is built on four foundational pillars. These include Flexible B2B Contracts that present tailored agreements based on rental volume, ensuring preferential rates and vehicle availability even during high-demand periods. The suite also features a Centralized Billing system, which automates tax reconciliation, allowing accounting departments to manage payments and invoices from various business units in a unified manner. Furthermore, Europcar Mexico has introduced API Integrations for Agencies, enabling seamless connectivity with booking systems and travel management platforms (GDS). This advancement allows travel agencies to offer Europcar’s real-time inventory with immediate confirmation.
Success stories from sectors like pharmaceuticals and consulting highlight the effectiveness of these models, showing a 15% reduction in transportation operating costs within the first contract year. Additionally, Europcar Mexico has rolled out aggregated dashboards for corporate clients, showcasing essential metrics in real-time. These dashboards provide Utilization KPIs, offering insights into the most-used vehicles and their locations, and Monthly Expenditure Monitoring, comparing actual expenses against projected budgets.
Another crucial feature of these dashboards is the Carbon Footprint report, which details CO2 emissions, thereby aiding companies in achieving their sustainability (ESG) objectives. “Precision is vital in corporate mobility. With these dashboards, travel managers are empowered to make informed decisions based on actual data rather than estimates,” Llinas Oñate pointed out.
